A: We have in house engineers who use Blancco the Adisa certified data erasure tool to make sure the device is completely data wiped. The engineers then put the device through a 20-point test including the keyboard, speakers, Wi-Fi, battery capacity and charge.

Can I have a device in an original apple box and with an original apple charger? A: Where the original apple box is still fit for purpose, we will use this and the original apple charger, you can select this on the drop-down menu. If the original box was damaged or tatty, we replace this with a new air sac vacuum packed brown box. The same applies to the charger, if the original charger was not received, we will provide a brand-new RoHS certified black charger with the device.
