ATTENTION : If the internal harddrive has been removed or reformatted after an EFI lock has been set the EFI will recognize this, and sometimes change a 4-digit PIN to a 6-digit PIN. Our device will be able to brute-force these 6-digit PINs, but this can take up to 174 days. If you boot your mac the normal way (without holding any keys down)and it shows a flashing question mark, this means that it does not recognize a valid startup disk, and the EFI PIN has probably changed to a 6-digit PIN. The EFI PIN BLASTER uses a brute-force method trying all possible PINs until it discovers your lost code. It will work for 4-digit codes (can take up to 2 days) and 6-digit codes (can take up to 175 days).

This method is non-invasive, meaning your Mac does not have to be taken apart or opened. WHAT MAKES THIS DEVICE SPECIAL IS THAT IT RECOGNIZES AND SHOWS YOUR LOST CODE. THE EFI PIN BLASTER is very easy to use. 1 Just set the DIP switches to select the desired operating mode (select 4-digit or 6-digit mode, enable or disable the dictionary attack and select wether you want the device to count up or down). 2 Plug the device into one of the USB ports of your Mac, and turn on the Mac with the'command' +'R' keys held down. 3 Now all you have to do is wait for the PIN BLASTER to find the right code.

Once it has found your lost PIN it wil stop, beep and display the found PIN on its display. The found code will remain on the display till the device is turned off. If for whatever reason the power to the device is lost after it has found your PIN, it will show the found PIN the next time it is powered on. No need to use a camera and/or timer or need to check the device regularly to write down the last tried PIN like most other tools. No sensor that needs calibration to prevent "false positives" like some other tools.

When it has found the right PIN, it will beep and automatically unlock your device. The found code will remain shown on the display. The code will be the exact code, and not a code close to the actual code like other tools.
