At First Mile we sell used assets recovered from an ITAD clearances. We are trying to leave a greener footprint by reusing as many items as possible.

Our products are always at least power tested. Please refer to the item description and condition description for more info. We are always there to help.

What's in the package? You will receive only what is pictured. If not pictured - it's not there unless specifically mentioned in a listing. Desktop PC's come without a power cable. Laptops come without a power supply unless pictured with one.

Any other devices come without a power supply/power cable. If you are in a desperate need of a power supply or a power cable with your device or need help with getting the right one - send us a message and we will try to help.

I have a problem with my item. We'll do our best to help. The items we sell are recovered from ITAD clearances, meaning they might have some underlying problems that were not spotted when we've tested them.

It should be accepted automatically within few hours of the request. I don't see the tracking of my parcel updated. We're very sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our warehouse we have no control over it. Courier companies tend to struggle due to lack of available drivers at the moment. This means your tracking might fail to update. Allow some time to do so.

Can you send me a VAT receipt? We sell all our items as "used".

They might have some marks on the casing but nothing major, unless pictured. Please always refer to pictures and message us in case of any questions. Please be aware that we are unable to fully test the item and perform benchmarks. Laptops: The laptops are wiped of data and provided with a fresh copy of OS.

We do not perform any further benchmarks. Please refer to item condition tab for battery and screen information.
