MacBook Pro in good, working condition with minor keyboard issues (see below). Still a powerful, reliable device which is perfect for work and entertainment. Approximately 4 keycaps have become loose. When pressing down hard, they sometimes pop off. This doesn't affect the functionality.

The shift key on the left of the keyboard often is unresponsive when pressed. However, the one on the right hand-side works fine so it doesn't present an issue.
