The items we sell are recovered from ITAD clearances, meaning they might have some underlying problems that were not spotted when we've tested them. It should be accepted automatically within few hours of the request. I don't see the tracking of my parcel updated. We're very sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our warehouse we have no control over it. Courier companies tend to struggle due to lack of available drivers at the moment. This means your tracking might fail to update.
