Apple MacBook Pro TouchBar A2141. Our operating hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. We do not post to destinations outside of the UK and will cancel any orders from abroad. We put these laptops through an extensive refurbishment process. This leaves the hardware components as close to good as new as possible.

In the event that a problem occurs within the first 90 days, we will collect and replace the item free of charge within 10 days. It also does not cover software problems such as viruses/malware, or other file corruption. The battery is guaranteed to last for at least 1 hour. Batteries will be replaced if they do not meet that criteria if reported within 7 days of receipt. We're a not-for-profit company on a mission to change the way the UK thinks about electrical waste.
